Chief Administrative Officer

The Chief Administrative Officer Mr. Dan DiGiovanni, reports directly to the Mayor and Town Council and is responsible for the coordination of the various municipal departments in the Town of Kingsville.

To provide you with an idea of how the organizational structure operates in the Town of Kingsville, The Director of Municipal Services, Mr. Andrew Plancke is responsible for Municipal Drainage, Public Works, Parks and Recreation, Environmental Services. The Clerk Mrs. Linda Burling is responsible for Council agendas and minutes, bylaws, licensing, planning, and animal control. The Director of Financial Services Mrs. Sandra Ingratta is responsible for the Finance Department and Information Technology Services.

The Council and Municipal Staff are also proud to submit the following mission statement for the Town of Kingsville:

"On the beautiful shores of Lake Erie, advantageously situated close to the international border and major urban centres, Kingsville, Canada’s southernmost town, enjoys an ideal growing climate and benefits from a diverse technologically-based agricultural economy, natural and eco-tourism and opportunities for all ages.

We value our heritage and are committed to growth and renewal in a way which will ensure our small-town, friendly atmosphere while enhancing our environmental sustainability".
