Methods of Payment

Bill payments may be made at any financial institution or ATM Machine on or before the due date.

Pre-Authorized Payments: payments can be set up to come out Monthly (last Town business day of each month) or Quarterly (on the billing dates). All accounts must be paid in full by December 31st. Payments will continue through December and continue into the next year without reapplying. If you would like to make any changes to your payment schedule please phone the Tax or Water Department at 519.733.2305.

You can Fax the Pre-Authorized Payment Plan Form to the Attention of Tax or Water Department at (519) 733-8108.

By Mail: return the return the applicable portion of your bill with your cheque. Please write your account number on your cheque and make payable to the “Town of Kingsville”. Post-dated cheques will be accepted.

In Person: at the Town of Kingsville, 2021 Division Road North
Payments can be made by cheque, by post-dated cheque or by debit card. After business hours, payments may be placed in the night deposit box available at the front door entrance (adjacent to Division Road). Payments in the drop box prior to 8:30 am the morning after the due date will be considered paid by the due date.

Telebanking/Internet Banking: These services are available at most financial institutions and should be arranged by you with your financial institution.
