Ridgeview Park

Ridgeview Park is located at 124 Fox St. Cottam, nearest main intersection Hill St. and Talbot Rd.

Park:

This quaint Park has four Ball Diamonds and six soccer Fields, the tall trees give shade for your family picnics.

Auditorium and Pavilion:

The Auditorium holds approximately 50 people , it has a small kitchen with stove, fridge and sink, also table and chairs. This is great for showers and parties. The Pavilion is outdoors but is connected to the auditorium. Great for barbeques and picnics.

Rates:

• $50.00 Security Deposit
• $100.00 Security Deposit for Alcohol Events
  Security Deposits is for receiving the key. Once the key is returned, your security deposit will be reimbursed. (The key is picked up at the Kingsville Arena)
• $ 600.00 per weekend – $100.00 deposit refundable if no damage
• $ 130.00 per day for Rental of Hall with Alcohol
• $ 60.00 for Rental of Hall with no Alcohol for 4 hours

Green Fees: Soccer $11.25 per child
